The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and nurturing contractor and distributor prospects, while growing participation from existing contractors.

  • Proactively engage contractors and providers with outbound calls to increase their participation and understanding of FTL'S products and programs
  • Execute new contractor/provider onboarding by managing and completing tasks associated with the Newly Registered Contractor/Provider Campaign
  • Manage and complete tasks associated with other contractor/provider engagement plan; promotions, sales strategies, marketing focus
  • Overcome contractor/provider objections to increase contractor's participation and funding
  • Provide service and support to contractors/providers and nurture account relationships
  • Engage non-registered provider leads to sell the benefits of FTL Finance
  • Support account management team during busy season
