The Management Team at FTL Finance is expanding...come join a team where your work is appreciated, the people are collaborative and you will have IMPACT on growing your team.  The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving FTL's sales strategy to increase funding and hit company goals and metrics. They will develop and nurture contractor and distributor prospects, while growing participation from existing contractors.

  • Communicate organization's goals and objectives to the Inside Sales Team. Hold Inside Sales team accountable to hitting company metrics.
  • Effectively manage the Inside Sales Department while promoting and fostering a team environment
  • Hold all Inside Sales Reps accountable for consistently completing contractor/provider onboarding and managing tasks associated with campaigns. Hold Inside Sales team accountable for providing value and training to targeted contractors/providers.
  • Support marketing initiatives, drive collaboration with the Account Manager and Field Team, identify opportunity to increase participation and funding with accounts.
  • Proactively engage contractors and providers with outbound calls to increase their participation and understanding of FTL's products and programs.
  • Overcome contractor/provider objections to increase interest in FTL and understanding of the benefits of FTL Finance. Nurture account relationships to avoid contractor retention and promote consistent activity from accounts.
  • Provide training and support for all Inside Sales Reps
  • Communicate Inside Sales challenges and opportunities to the Operations Manager

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for participating in afterhours duty which includes evenings from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  This is currently on a once every four weeks rotation.

Travel less than 10%, but some overnight travel may be required
