If you're looking for a fun, professional environment, we have a newly created position for a positive, high energy admin.  This person will support the efforts of the sales and marketing team by completing the 'contractor registration process', creating and sending monthly reports, completing trade show tasks, completing weekly mailings.

  • Manage contractor registrations daily, completing all steps within the registration process
  • Consistently call contractors and distributors to get items needed to complete registration process
  • Manage contractor/distributor database
  • Complete assigned tasks within the Newly Registered Contractor Campaign
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with marketing administration including but not limited to shipping materials, preparing for meetings, preparing mailings.
  • Must be comfortable and eager to learn SalesForce (CRM Software)
