FTL Finance has had strong, consistent growth in the Texas Market over the past five years and is excited to accelerate this trend by adding the position Regional Market Manager.

FTL Finance is a third-party consumer financing company that primarily supports the home repair/remodeling industries.  We strive to make understanding financing fun and stress free, all while educating vendors and prospective vendors on how they can grow their sales and margins.  The Regional Market Manager will meet daily with distributors/partners and contractors (vendors), primarily in the heating-ventilation-air conditioning and plumbing industries, to provide training, support, and influence the use of the FTL Finance products.

Our team very serious about growth, but have a lot of fun doing everything else.  This is a no suit and tie zone, where attitude is everything is meaningful.   

 

Opportunity Summary:

Responsible for growing the use FTL Finance and the funding of loans via FTL Finance within the assigned region. 

  • Face-to-face interaction with registered contractors within region to activate or increase their participation
  • Collaborate with distributors/partners engage prospect contractors and promote our products and services
  • Accurately and succinctly deliver the benefits of FTL Finance to partners, distributors and contractors
  • Create and implement promotions with the distributor or directly with the contractor to drive results
  • Identify and participate in industry events to promote FTL Finance i.e. manufacturer events, trade shows, distributor/contractor events, associations
  • Provide ongoing live or web-based training to distributors and contractors, work with all levels/positions within the distributor
  • Achieve FTL Finance's vendor registration goal for region
  • Provide field information and collaborate with Senior Market Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing to support the future goals and strategy of the region
